    Natural weight loss – 4 basic keys for weight loss

    This is a sad fact about a diet that many of those who lose weight will get everything back. There are some people who go back and forth between being thin and fat. They have various sizes of clothing in their cabinets and live a cycling life between fit and fat. And this is a big change, up to a hundred pounds or more differences. There are many reasons why people fail through a natural weight loss and end up in the Yo-yo diet.

    It seems we cannot stay emotionally and mentally focused on losing weight. We lose self-discipline and control over our bodies and everything gets bad, along with our slim body. We know that the diet is mostly in our head and it’s not about going to the treadmill and watching the gram and calories of our fat. You need to have a thinness in your head to maintain our focus and our commitment to stay slim above the long term. It takes longer than a month to change our habits and many of us cannot cancel many years of behavior that have damaged us. Natural weight loss takes longer than we think it’s still focused.

    We also do bad things for our body. We take diuretics and laxatives. We exercise three times a day and we take supplements to absorb fat. You will lose too much muscle and water on this extreme diet. We think we can overcome alcohol, drugs, too much food, no sleep, more than and under training, cigarettes and medicines and, in fact, we can’t.

    We hold on to a great diet, for a week or more – not enough to sustain weight loss. We try the only diet of water and watermelon and think we can defend it for more than a week or we fill ourselves on grapefruit and boiled eggs, think this will help us lose weight and not because we cannot survive for a natural weight loss.

    We are also smart in the form of reunions, weddings or large social events but forget to get the results of the rest of our lives. We can change our behavior for the short term but it’s all temporary behavior – on the way to return to our normal and bad behavior when the event is finished with.

    We don’t plan a natural weight loss after the initial weight is lost. We do bad work for maintenance of weight loss. We started eating as soon as we reached our goal weight and we did not stop until the weight really came out of our control again. Six months later, we found that our slim physique had been on the side of the road and we got a weight back.
